Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of wapi.it.com and the tools on it. The site is operated by an individual. There is no company behind it, no staff, and no support contract — please read what follows with that in mind.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 16 years old to use this site. There are no accounts, so nothing here verifies your age; this is a condition of use, not a check performed by the software.
The service
Every tool is free, requires no account, and has no paid tier. Rate limits exist purely to keep the server available to everyone, and they apply the same way to every visitor.
The site is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available, that a tool will work, or that it will still exist tomorrow. There is no uptime commitment. Tools may be changed or removed without notice.
Using the tools responsibly
Several tools work by having this server fetch a URL that you supply. That is a request made on your behalf, and it carries obligations that are yours, not this site’s.
- Only submit URLs you own, control, or are permitted to test. Do not use these tools to probe systems you have no right to access.
- Do not use the site to send volume at a third party — the tools are for checking pages, not for generating load against them.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, automate the site at scale, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not submit addresses on private or internal networks. Requests to those addresses are blocked, and trying to reach them anyway is a misuse of the service.
If a tool is used in a way that threatens the availability of the site, access may be restricted without warning.
Results are informational
The tools report what a server answered at the moment of the request. That is not the same as what a search engine sees, what a visitor sees, or what will be true an hour from now. Results can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date for reasons entirely outside this site’s control — caching, geography, bot filtering, or a server behaving differently for different clients.
Nothing here is professional advice. Do not make a decision that matters without verifying it yourself.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its output — including lost traffic, lost rankings, lost revenue, or lost data. The site is free, and it is offered on that basis.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited.
Content and ownership
The text, design, and code of this site belong to its operator. The results a tool produces about your own pages are yours to use however you like, including commercially. Reproducing the site’s written content elsewhere is not permitted without permission.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the bottom of this page is updated when the terms themselves change, not when a typo is fixed. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the new version.
Reaching the operator
This site does not name a governing jurisdiction, because it is a free tool used from many countries and pretending otherwise would not make these terms more enforceable. If something goes wrong, the first step is email — see the contact page. Where local consumer or data-protection law grants you rights, those rights apply regardless of anything written here.
